On February 24, during the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the military personnel of the Izmail border detachment on Zmeiny Island noticed the approach of two unidentified targets. The occupiers over the radio channel for the safety of navigation demanded that our military lay down their arms and surrender, to which they received a completely logical answer, which later became a real war motto for the entire Ukrainian people and a symbol of our struggle. The author of such a categorical answer was captured, but was successfully released. The identity has not yet been revealed. The “Russian warship” turned out to be the Moskva flagship cruiser, and it really went on the indicated course when, on April 13, 2022, the Ukrainian Navy delivered a crushing blow to it with two R-360 Neptune anti-ship cruise missiles. The phrase has already become the object of patriotic songs and poems, and it was she who inspired the creation of the popular stamp "Russian warship ... THAT'S IT!"
