One shows the rank of leader-captain ("Leader 1"), and the other - the logo of the "Tricolor Arrows" (originally "Frecce Tricolori"). It is an outstanding aerobatic group of the Italian Air Force, existing since 1961. It is a national aerobatic patrol that the whole country is proud of. It conducts its demonstrations all over the world using modified Aermacchi MB-339-PAN aircraft. Its main base is in Rivolto, Udine.
